Services

AlgoCraftDev provides custom website design, web development, and ongoing website management services. All project scopes, timelines, and deliverables are agreed upon before work begins.

Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• 50% deposit is required before work begins
• Remaining 50% is due upon project completion before launch
• For larger projects, milestone-based billing may be arranged

Revisions

Each project phase includes 2–3 rounds of revisions as outlined in your selected package. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra charges.

Ownership

Upon full payment, you own all custom code, designs, and content created for your project. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.

Timeline

Estimated timelines are provided at project start. Delays caused by late content delivery, extended feedback periods, or scope changes may extend the timeline.

Refunds

The initial deposit is non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel a project mid-way, you will receive all completed work up to that point.

Liability

AlgoCraftDev is not liable for any loss of revenue, data, or business resulting from the use or inability to use your website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
